In this example, we took a heavy black Limba (Korina) Strat-style guitar and improved its performance by filling the tremolo reducing its weight by introducing tuned cavities. A stunning drop top in quilt maple is fitted, maintaining the original body depth while converting the guitar into a hard tail. With new pickups added, we ‘hotrod’ the instrument, making it lighter and improving sound quality to new heights.
