1962 Stratocaster replica gets aged!

We didn't want it to look like it had been used as a gardening tool but had been played and had wear as if cared for. The finish is a non standard honey burst, so we sprayed the cavities a standard colour for the time and had it look like an old refinish, crackled with age and with the odd ding and bits of wear

The neck has wear through the various coats of nitro and shows some staining of the Birdseye maple underneath.

The dots are properly made from vulcanised fibreboard and aged as if stained by oils seeping in from the Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard
